Fresh squids


Yay! I went to the beach market in Palu, Central Celebes, and I found these fresy big squids. It was WOW! I love squids and fish so much that I couldn't control to buy them all.
Finally I bought the squids and fish, then left them to my Mom to cook. The best part about cooking the squids is the ink. Most of people might throw the ink away, but we keep it and use it in our cooks.
The ingredients are just garlic, red onion, ginger, chili, lemon juice, celery, and leek.
